What I normally eat in Tha Bor, fish, rice and soup

Standard fare in Nong Khai, chicken and pork skewers with sticky rice - 50B

More exotic, eel with sticky rice - 30B

Delicious, if boney

Rice with local mackerel, very nice - 40B

Albeit, boney. See a pattern emerge?

Chicken noodle soup, simple, original, hard to beat

But not hard to eat
